Find out what they are good at so that they can succeed easily and will be motivated
Increase the responsibilities gradually, do not overburden them at once
Start a positive narration; talk good things about your child’s skills
Allocate task; giving them tasks will make them feel responsible
Let them face the consequences and learn from it; do not try to save them
Ask them for updates for the chores they were assigned, they will feel valued
Reward them for their work occasionally, so that they know they are doing good
Teach them multi-tasking skills through examples
If something goes wrong, explain it to them instead of yelling or shouting
