COLOMBO (News1st): Sri Lanka recorded 457 COVID-19 cases on Tuesday raising the total infections in the country to 8870, official figures showed.
The total number of infections in the Peliyagoda and Minuwangoda clusters has reached 5396, the government information department announced.
A total of 4808 individuals infected by COVID-19, a respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus, are currently being treated at hospitals.
