  2. Made this yesterday using sticks of dried agar agar that requires 4 cups of liquid per stick. Turned out quite tasty. As it was my first time trying out this recipe, i considered it a success ? thank you ?

  3. What do people think about using almond milk instead (maybe adding additional sugar)? I was thinking about doing almond milk and cherry puree since those are the ingredients I have on hand. I've never used agar agar before but I really want to try right away.

  5. Definitely going to make this sometime. Love both mango and coconut. I was thinking the coconut layer would be like Hawaiian haupia (you thicken it with cornstarch. Agar reminds me of all the science classes I've taken – growing things on petri dishes!

I have tried your recipe and it was Delicious … I only messed up with the coconut layer (too much Coconut milk lol), therefore it took awhile to taste the Mango surface… However thanks for sharing this and many meals.. I will try the Mango Icecream and Sticky Rice with mango this week! Like I should say in Thai: Kophun krab! (I meant thank you)
