The convening committee of the Jashore unit of Anti-Discrimination Student Movement was approved yesterday for the next six months.
The committee was approved in a letter signed by Hasnat Abdullah and member secretary Arif Sohel. The letter was posted on their official Facebook page yesterday night.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star’s Google News channel. Rashed Khan was made the convener of the 101-member Jessore district committee, while Jessina Murshid Prabati was appointed the member secretary.
Additionally, Abdullah Al-Mamun Likhon was made the main organiser, and Fahim Al-Fattah the spokesperson. Masum Billah BM Akash, Sadeka Shahani Urmi, Shahed Mohammad Rizvi, Habib Ahmed Shan, Rezwan Roni, Ahmed Hakim, Mohammad Farid Hassan, and Debbrata Das were made joint conveners while Jannatul Fuara Antara, Sayeed Shan, Sadman Bin Kabir, Samiul Islam Shimul, Rezwan Hossain Akash, Maruf Hasan, Sagar Ahmed Hridoy, Aslam Uddin Robin, Jannatul Fatema Ananya, and SM Delenur Kabir were appointed joint member secretaries.
Rudra Banerjee, Junayed Bin Zaman, Zahid Hasan, Nayan Ahmed, Mohammad Shoaib Akhter, Tanvir Sangram, Mezbaur Rahman Ramim, and Ibrahim Khalil were appointed organisers.
