The world seems to be in love with cheese and for most of us, it is a food item that does not belong to India. An irreplacable ingredient in continental food, cheese has little usage in Indian food, save in form of Paneer or Cottage Cheese, our indeginous contribution to this food which is known to have hundreds of varieties.
