As per the doctors, the old man felt the urge to move his bowels, however, passing stool did not alleviate his pain or discomfort.
Reportedly, his symptoms deteriorated in the evening and in periods of rest. A colonoscopy test result showed that besides having a few internal hemorrhoids, there was nothing serious or concerning inside the man’s rectum.

Apart from that, doctors said that there were no signs of brain abnormalities, bladder disturbance, or erectile dysfunction. The old man however reported problems with sleep, anxiety and a feeling of restlessness.
