It is unlikely that one hasn’t heard of or seen the amazing films which have made Rashmika Mandanna a household name across South India. Her blockbuster hits Chalo and Geetha Govindam are fan favourites.
Rashmika made her Tamil debut with Karthi-starrer Sulthan, is now all set to feature in her first pan-Indian film, Pushpa: The Rise which will be released on the silver screen on December 17.
In the latest pre-release event of the film Pushpa, Allu Arjun spoke about what it is like to work with Rashmika and revealed that he calls the ‘national crush’ by the name of ‘Crushmika’. He explains, “The national crush. I call her by the pet-name Crushmika. We work with a lot of people but out of those, there are only a few people that we love. Rashmika is a co-star I absolutely love. She’s very sweet, very simple, very down to earth, very beautiful, very intelligent and above all a very very talented girl.”
This film, starring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, is set to have a grand release on December 17, 2021. The second part of this movie is slated for 2022.
