COLOMBO (News 1st); 26 people have died of dengue in 2021 in Sri Lanka, said the country’s Dengue Prevention Unit.
During this year almost 33,000 dengue patients were reported from all parts of the country.
The Dengue Prevention Unit urged the people to seek immediate medical attention of they suffer from the dengue symptoms, noting that hospitals have the capacity to treat dengue patients.
