Colombo (News 1st); 13 people tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday, the Government Information Department said.

Accordingly, the total number of confirmed COVID-19 patients in Sri Lanka rose to 2094.

Wednesday’s cases were 01 Seafarer who returned from Iran, 09 returnees from Saudi Arabia, 02 returnees from Bangladesh and 01 Philippine national.

According to the Government Information Department there are 116 active cases in Sri Lanka while 1967 people have recovered from the corona-virus.
